Below are some concept and completed pictures of assembly lines and production facilities JHH has developed.
JHH managed the design, build and implementation of two brown field sites where temporary production lines were constructed to upgrade a fleet of trains. This included workstations, jigs, trolleys and mechanical lifting devises.
JHH assisted in the design of a Green Field production facility to assemble, test and maintain HV Traction Motors, Auxiliary Inverters and smaller HV/LV Components.
