James is a qualified Mechanical Engineer who has conducted post graduate studies in Rolling Stock Engineering and recently completed a Master’s in Business Administration. James has over 20 years of professional experience, including approximately 13 years in the rolling stock industry. He has performed integral roles on several high-profile locomotive, passenger car and rolling stock infrastructure projects.

Prior to entering the rolling stock industry James spent 10 years working across Motorsport, Manufacturing, Production and Fabrication industries with a focus on operations and maintenance.
